The brief
A room, not an account.
Yep wanted video chat with no sign-up: make a link, send it, talk. We built the prototype that showed it could work. Yep went on to raise more than $250,000, and we spent three months with them on the product.
The hard part
Twelve streams on a laptop from 2019.
Every laptop plays eleven other videos at once. The layout, the quality and who gets the big tile are decided frame by frame from the connection people actually have.
